"Some policies management made were borderline unethical in my opinion. Though it could be subjective, I still think implementing those was terrible and selfish. I try to avoid not talking about the details because the outcome will be awful for me."
"The management was too focused on client satisfaction. It proved to be a cause of concern for employees who had to tolerate a poor work-life balance and brutal hours to keep the clients happy. The clients were often rude and disrespectful and mentioned insane expectations that added to employee exhaustion. In such instances also, the management preferred the clients over employees."
