"Started off great in 1986. Ended poorly in 2012."
What do you like about working at SuperMedia?
"I was laid off in April of last year but my co-workers were good."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Keep hunting for another job. I don't believe SuperMedia will be in business in 5 years."
What don't you like about working at SuperMedia?
"The company is on a decline. The job I was hired for 26 years ago is now being out-sourced. There is little employee loyalty."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think there are very few qulified people in managerial roles. Only a few have the people skills to motivate their employees."

"Ask more questions than what they are telling you when you approach them."

"The hours, at night the energy seems to be a bit low"

"Become better in communications, and become more motivated and research better"

"Smile, work heard, learn fast and make your deadlines and the CEO will take you to lunch now and then."

"The pay is on the low side in relation to the environment one must live in for the job."

"The company needs more programmers to develop a more competitive product within the market windows."
