"its a good place to start and get feet wet, but they underpay and overwork worse than most places I have ever seen."
What don't you like about working at Family Behavioral Resources?
"the demand of the position in relation to the travelling required, which was almost daily and when out of the office for meetings an hour away one way, there was no time left to take care of the duties required at the office and no overtime permitted so the salary certainly did not equate to the amount of work being done on personal time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"most of the travel for meetings were not necessary. Either pay a much higher salary for the amount of workload which was approximately 60 hours a week or break the position up into two positions, one in office and the other a travelling position."

"Everyone there was like family, I always enjoyed going to work. I loved being and Admin Asst/Supervisor."

"In my experience, there are those who do not interview well. This does not always mean they wouldn't be a good employee. Try to look beyond the nervousness."

"I can't think of anything, if the economy turned bad then I would still be there."

"Make decisions for the good of the business and recognize that people are their most valuable resource. There is no room for personal agendas to be attained through false accusations and an attitude of superiority and arrogance."

"I liked working with my team. My subordinates were very dedicated and maintained great attitudes despite the lack of support from management. We made the best of a bad situation."

"I would not recommend this company to anyone. No one was happy."

"As stated in the one liner above, the environment at Cambridge was very negative stemming from management attitudes. There was no sense of teamwork and no willingness to help employees maintain balance. In a staff meeting with my superiors, the line-level employees were referred to as stupid by the VP."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"1. Follow the #1 rule of supervision - praise in public, criticize in private. 2. Show appreciation for your employees and it will come back to you 10-fold."
