"DOD 10 yr, one year renewable contract work - not a long term work environment.."

"Management needs to perform a once yearly site visit to keep employee morale high- as an added incentive to show their continued commitment to employees."

"They are beginning to allow more and more people to work from home. This in most cases means more hours and negates the balance of work and personal life."

"Only interview here if you really need the money."

"The workload is impossible. No time for growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Understand what is really necessary and what can be put on the back burner. Do not make your requests such a high priority that your people can not meet the customer's requests. Upper management, take a hard look at who you are promoting."
