"I enjoyed the industry, the education recieved from the engineer and working with the customers on their projects. I took pride in rectifying accounting issues that lingered from years past and keeping current projects up to date. I enjoyed handling all office needs."

"Boss not willing to take the time to keeping me abreast of important information in order to do my job properly"

"Contract/Temporary assignment as Administrative Coordinator to Project and Contract Services department. Worked under the direction of Manager, Tom Mendel. He and his team were excellent to work with. I enjoyed working at Amgen and look forward to future opportunities there."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It's a really terrific place to work. I hope I get the opportunity again in the near future."

What don't you like about working at Amgen?

"I have very strong administrative and interpersonal skills and was very proficient in an Administrative Coordinator role at Amgen. I did interview for a few full-time permanent positions while there, but I believe they always hired from within the company; I wish that good, skilled candidates who are temporary staff had a little better chance to get in with this great company."

"To promote from within first before they look outside and to be loyal to their employees."

"The American Cancer Society is funded by 100% donations. In a bad economy, donations go down and sometimes it's necessary for them to reduce expenses."

What do you like about working at Martin Sprocket & Gear?

"It was a new adventure being responsible for all the maintenance inventory to minimize down time. But like with every other new adventure I have taken, I did it. + I was slated to become 2nd in charge of their captive foundry."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Take a tour and see if it is for you. My experience can't be repeated because my boss no longer works there."

What don't you like about working at Martin Sprocket & Gear?

"I worked for the worst boss of my life. Even if you followed his rules to a T, if something went wrong, it was your fault. I got so sick I had walking pneumonia."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"HR - Don't wait 3 months after someone quits to call and ask why."

"Johnson & Johnson is an extremely family friendly organization. Although the work environment is high-corporate in every sense of the word, there was still an air of friendliness missing from many other organizations of its magnitude. The benefits are too numerous to mention from health to education for employees and also their family. Great experience."

"Be happy you got this far. If you are one of the fortunate chosen, just make sure to work very diligently and to be loyal to a company that will reward you over and over."

What don't you like about working at Johnson & Johnson?

"There was a glass ceiling firmly in place."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to bring your admins. coffee in the morning. It makes for a wonderful day."
