"Arrogance of the owner and his son, kicking boxes and cussing employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Deal with your employees like they matter rather than the dime a dozen, easy to replace attitude."
"I loved everything I did in the Human Resource department. There was nothing that I disliked. I would stay in this line of work if possible. Otherwise, I am more than willing and excited about learning new procedures."
"The pay at Kelly Services was great seeing that I was an entry level candidate. I started as an Administrative Assistant & ended as one too making $17/hourly. Managers can make up to $75,000 a year plus bonuses and overtime."
"Tandem Management is decent for the work we do. I have been with the company as a Contract Administrative Assistant since January 2013 on 45,000.00 annual. The title comes with perks such as always being on call keeping busy with new projects."

"The extra benefits are the only thing that keep me here. The pay is crap and the office politics are mind numbing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unless you know the office you're walking into, don't work here because the favoritism and office polictics will drive you out of your mind. That and they don't pay you enough for the stuff you deal with."
What don't you like about working at University of Miami?
"Lack of respect for the employee. Even if you go to HR you're not safe to express yourself because everyone has someone in their pocket."

"They really need to focus on building employee morale and researching the feedback employees give on their reviews."

What do you like about working at College of American Pathologists?
"Absolutely nothing. It is the most rigid, uptight, controlled, micromanaged environment I have ever worked in my 30 years in the workforce."

"Take another offer, run as fast as you can. Do not work for this company, in the Washington, DC office under any circumstances."
What don't you like about working at College of American Pathologists?
"No autonomy on even the smallest tasks or decisions. Very old antiquated thinking from management."

"Get out of the way, and let the employees do their jobs, or do everything yourselves."

"the compensation and technology is adequate for the job required."

"Emphasize your singleness, if you have a partner flaunt it and if you're gay, let them know somehow you'll get aboard much quicker."
What don't you like about working at Intel?
"arrogance is rampant, these people think they're curing cancer; and alternative lifestyle intensely promoted, those with a family beware and feel pressured especially regarding religion. Only place I've ever worked where I and others were approached regarding their religion during the Pope's election (incredibly anti-Catholic workplace), workers debating marriage in the breakrooms and co-workers will go into your purse and snoop even when it's in a drawer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"ask personal questions that are legal during the hiring process and be transparent about your values as a company. If you want only gay and single employees, promote your website as such."

"poor management , unorganized, no strategic planning or exhaustion, dishonest to the employees, no career advancement internally"

"do not interview there. Management is not even in the industry and they do not care about their employees. Very divided"

"nothing - no team building or morale , no ones talks to anyone, people are all unhappy there"

"hire people who know the industry and care about their teams and have team building exercises to help the team, need career advancement and development"

"They have lack of professionalism, the upper staff is rude and quite demanding."

"The commute was okay, that was the only good thing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to drop all prior engagements (even if it's your wedding) to work for these ladies, when they say, where they say, and however they say. If the pay was up to their demands, I wouldn't mind but for the amount they offer, you wouldn't be able to afford your gas driving there."
What don't you like about working at By Design Solutions?
"Very anal, micro-managed tasks, wanted the world but didn't want to pay for it. They were very insensitive to employees personal life and expected us to drop everything because upper management didn't want to take on additional duties."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more sensitive to your staff - there's no way someone can take a vacation working for you, even if they earned it."
