"The CEO was engaging and inspirational. The product was cool and identifiable. The industry is interesting outside of work."

"Politics are very important. Hard work and results are not enough."

"I disliked some micromanagers who do not allow their people to do more than just what they are told."

"Utilize the people of the company better. Really do what you say - create a culture of thinkers. Work towards improving the careers of people of the company."

"The CEO is exceptional at motivation and has a great vision. The company has good benefits and pays well. The product is fun and exciting. The people are overall very good."

"That would depend on the position. I would say the emphasis on doing what it takes is important, as the company is very demanding."

What don't you like about working at Adidas?

"The management levels directly above me did not follow through with many of the visions of the company. They had a very command and control and micromanaging style."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management needs to do what they say they are going to do - listen to ideas of the people who do the work. They need to focus on the work and not all of the other things."

"I didn't particularly like anything about Adidas. I never saw the general manager."

"Be timely and answer honestly. If you are not a people person do not apply."

"Supervisors were underpaid as well as the other employees."

"Train management better and pay the supervisors what they are worth."

"I like the discounts at Adidas. Also, I like the overtime when I do get it!"

"They'll hire you. Just lie about past employment like I did and you're good! Also, negotiate your pay! If you're lucky, they'll raise it."

What don't you like about working at Adidas?

"I don't like the people who treat other people like crabs in a barrel! They only go for themselves and their friends!"

"Just stop showing favoritism to ungrateful people."
