"Never call for any reason... I say this, because I worked for 1 year and a half and never called me for nothing, and when I called one day somebody asked me where you work now."

"More interaction with their personal business."

"Do not get upset if they do not follow up with you - I guess if it was an employee market maybe they would."

"It was temp, the hope was it could be perm, but that did not happen."

"Now I am looking for a job, they have my resume and I have not heard from them including a reply to my email follow up."

"In this particular role, contractors are viewed as 3rd party nothings. Our opinions do not matter, the working conditions are less than desirable. No opportunity for growth or advancement."

"I enjoyed working for Adecco, the representative at Honda was very helpful and easy to reach with any problems or concerns that I had. The pay was great and my staffing agent answered all questions I had and prepared me for my job assignment."

"I would suggest that they be specific with the company as to what they are looking for in a job or career. I would also tell them to be open to any jobs that are available because they never know what skills they may develop from it. If hired with the company don't be afraid to go to them with any problems you might be experiencing with the job description or management. Adecco is there to help you succeed."
