"This particular office didn't seem to make an effort to either find me another job after 6 months on an assignment - having been sent there to do inventory and after 6 months it had been changed by the client to an assistant buyer - different duties. They implied that they did me a big favor by giving me a bonus, however, I had already worked over 400 hours at the time - no other bonus was given, nor a raise. They blacklisted me even though I had indicated 6 months earlier that I was not happy working for them due to amount of responsibility on the job, additional training by the client with no respect given by Adecco staffing. They put on my record that I shouldn't be considered for any position within Adecco Staffing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"After a change of duties done by the client and the person working staying at the company - a change of pay or an active honest pursuit via Adecco to have their employee hired by the company. This should be conveyed to the employee and not ignored."

"A good company, not always run by the best people."
