"This is a great job to have when you first graduate from college. You will gain a lot of experience. So during the interview tell them that you are looking for experience and are willing to learn."

"While I am extremely grateful for everything this company has done for me, I feel that the pay does not match the work."

"Nothing really. I believe that management does a wonderful job. Maybe just fight on our behalf when it comes to pay."

"Too much stress, to many long hours, and every weekend."

"Company is closed now so no suggestions are needed for them."
