Skillset: Preference is given to those applicants who have strong social networking and computer skills. Likewise, the successful account executive must learn how to negotiate effectively, train new employees, engage in human resources activities and develop successful operating procedures.

Regardless of your level of education or experience, continuing education in management and leadership are imperative to further your career path.
