"The account director role has many pluses and very few minuses. I love talking to people and listening to what they need and then delivering much more than they expected. I hate letting people down. Sometimes in this role you do let people down by not listening to what they want. I've learned over the years that listening to your customers is the most important part of any customer facing position."
