1 Accenture Technology Growth Manager Review

The people with whom I work at Accenture are wonderful. They're incredibly talented, intelligent and genuinely nice.

The travel can be difficult. I've been fortunate to have had a local role for a few months now, but prior to that, I was on the road almost 100% of the time. My wife and I have a daughter now, and the travel really takes a toll on our family life.

Accenture is an incredibly successful company in its industry so I would probably not be able to offer many suggestions. One observation that I would convey is that our company's goals seem to reactive/tactical. But as a consultancy, this is probably a necessary characteristic.

Emphasize the following: -Willingess to learn -Problem solving skills -Understanding of the importance of methodology in one's work, but also the ability to think outside of the box -Ability to work within a team
