"The hours are very demanding for managers. It is very difficult to balance your personal life and work. There is a lot of busywork given that's not really necessary. This company bases their success on how many attractive people they recruit to work there. They hire based on how you look. As a manager with a small child in school they are not considerate to the fact that I need to be at home every night with my child."

"If you have a busy personal life or children, you will have a difficult time balancing work and home. Make sure you are very flexible and willing to change schedules when needed.
