"I've worked with the Abbey Company for a few years. The company is shrinking due to its inability to pay its debt. Overall the schedule flexibility is good. However management is somewhat unprofessional in my opinion. Higher managers give themselves raises and the employees don't get much recognition. Its unprofessional and unethical conduct probably caused its own fall. Lots of good employees left the company."
