What do you like about working at 352 Media Group?

"I really do enjoy the people that I work with, the laid back atmosphere at the office, open hours, company gameroom and much more."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You will enjoy working here as there are quite the gambit of characters. However, if you are looking to advance your career and move up within the company, there isn't much room for that. Typically, there is the Executive Manaement Team, maybe a director of your department and then everyone else."

What don't you like about working at 352 Media Group?

"I dislike the time that many of the programmers, designers and front end developers show up. It is difficult to schedule meetings earlier in the day and or respond to clients with technical information first thing in the morning if we need to consult a resource that isn't yet in the office."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have a more team approach to projects to have a more collaborative approach. I would allow the designers, programmers, front end developers to speak directly with the client on a more frequent basis."
