What do you like about working at Searle?
"Searle had the best sales force in the health care industry. You only stayed if you performed well, but the rewards were fantastic. We were giant killers, stomping Wyeth, Smith-Cline and going toe to toe with much larger Pfizer."
What don't you like about working at Searle?
"Nothing."
