"Unfortunately, the new structure of Zenefits does not benefits any of it's employees save for the executives. Most employees are working mandatory overtime even as salary employees, and there is little concern for work/life balance."

The company today has largely stabilized from its legal + compliance scandals, but there's no product or engineering spark in the benefits department which was crucial for Zenefits earlier success. Overall, I'd say stay away - both the CEO + SVP of product are clueless when it comes to benefits."
