"Be ready to work many hours (50-60 hours per week) including nights and weekends for NO additional compensation."

What don't you like about working at YMCA?

"The hours were not good (nights and weekends). The pay was not enough for the amount of hours expected per week. I was micromanaged. The management was not supportive or flexible. My direct supervisor was very inexperienced and did not have any wellness/YMCA knowledge."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be a little more flexible, understanding, knowledgeable."
