"Headquarters - too top heavy with too many people looking at the YMCA as a for-profit organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more forthcoming with staff, treat them as a valued commodity or you will continue to lose good people. Members don't go to the YMCA instead of Gold's Gym because they believe they are comparable, they go to the YMCA to contribute to their community. When you try to emulate for profit health clubs you will always fail."
