"Great people to work with, got a job I'd actually trained for, very open to employee input and suggestions, and the branch I worked with was involved with doing things to improve the lives of people that needed the help."

"Be yourself, be honest, be prepared to work with some truly outstanding people."

What don't you like about working at YMCA?

"Too much emphasis on fundraising, I was there to do reports, compile data, and get the numbers out in a timely and accurate fashion, not to raise funds."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep in mind when you hire someone for a specific task, that task is what they are there to do. Respect people for their strengths and respect the fact that there are some things they might not be so good at."
