"Give it a try, do your research on Willis and the unit you will be working to see if you actually want to work for Willis. Having a friend at the company doesn't hurt. Lastly, dress sharp, we are business casual, but, sharp dressing does wonders."
What don't you like about working at Willis Group Holdings?
"I feel underpaid, the health benefits are lousy; the 401k match is 2%, which the associate receives ONLY if they work until 12/31 of said year and the pension has been eliminated. This company is rife with favoritism and bullying, actually this is the most I have seen in my career. I find it difficult to understand what I can do to enhance my career and salary, as many associates seem to do this with only the friendships they have made and little hard work or skills."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to focus on career development, with a more robust compensation package. Unfortunately the feeling I get from Willis is that they are only out for themselves which in turn makes most associates only out for themselves too, of course not everyone."
