"Nurse/Patient ratio needs to be more important than budget sometimes."

"I was able to offer multiple ways of protecting patient/staff safety. I was the chair of shared governance. I was also leadership nurse of the year 2008."

"They need to hire qualified employees and not just people to fill a position."

"I hospital was not a clean environment. Leadership didn't listen to staff input. Over worked employees without compension."

"Retrain management"

"There are not great opportunities for advancement, especially in managerial/administration positons."

"To provide more opportunities to obtain managerial skills, and not only open positions to select individuals."
