"WF is definitely more driven by popular opinion and trying to stay out of legal trouble. Your average hard worker is just a number. They have really went overboard with BLM and bringing politics into our work environment which should not be political."

"It is one of the strong companies to work in. I have learned a lot of good tools and technologies working here. Work life balance is also very good here."
"The overall company mission is good, however I was not given the ability to go above and beyond for my clients. My roll is 50% in office/50% out of office. Short staff issues caused my manager to ask me to cancel client meetings and visits so I could be in the office. Also, there are no private offices and I feel client privacy is compromised."
"Wells Fargo is a great company to work for. they offer excellent benefits and the opportunity for growth."
