"The only thing I recommend to the people interviewing is to give it your best and don't be late or miss any days."

"The only thing I really didn't like was that the probation period ended and they didn't make the effort to keep me. I really did a good job, never came late, and I never missed a day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should try to focus on the people who really try their best on what they're doing, so when their probation is almost near, see if they can keep that person or relocate that person somewhere else."

"I enjoyed the work schedule, and professional work environment. The workers were also very helpful and hard working."

"I was not able to use my degree to its fullest when I was transfer in the generator dept"

"It was a fantastic experience learning new trades such as: welding, burning metal with an oxygen torch and grinding."

"Do not try to work too fast, the mistakes you make in doing so will cost you more time. Prepare to work swing and or graveyard if asked."
What don't you like about working at General Dynamics?
"It was a very unsafe environment, especially the people I worked with were sometimes drunk or on drugs. Quite a few times I had to use evasive maneuvers to avoid accidents that would have hurt or claimed my life."

"Enforce a safer work environment within the employees."

"Flexible hours, I went to school part time and working full time and they would let me change hours when I had to take finals for school, they also had a women's club."

"I liked the different specialties of my job and traveling the world."
