"Others should be prepared and have all their paperwork in order because they work with other vendors."

"Once they are done with you and have gotten their commission, they pretty much throw you to the wolves."

"Very little follow up on a contract, you contact them and they don't return your calls. The recruiter communication is a bit disjointed."

"I enjoyed having 50 miles between me and the CEO who is a terrible micro-manager and egomaniac."

"Focus in on how they treat their family when you ask questions. Also, be ready to stick to your guns on the technical questions as what they're asking you will probably be based on technology over 5 years old and not relevant or correct considering current technology you are use to using."

"I did not like the resistance to moving to newer technology and architectures that would make our products better."

"Drop the keynote address or at least invite other people to do this. I don't think the CEO realizes how many people sat in the back of the hall making fun of his keynote speeches."

"People doing better in JavaScript and PHP will have a larger possibility to win the chance."

"It's a company which just started and there are still lots of parts which should be normalized."
