"I've worked for Weaver Popcorn for almost two years. I've found that it is a good company for a person with mechanical aptitude but not for someone looking to move up in a managerial capacity. Its overall benefits are poor along with its technology. It a small company but a leader in its field."

What don't you like about working at Weaver Popcorn?

"not for the little guy"

Machine Operator

"The company a good place to work as long as you dont make the smallest little mistake."

What do you like about working at Weaver Popcorn?

"Good pay and good opportunities."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are one of the very few to get an interview with this company then don't be yourself. They encourage individualism, but only if it suits them and their best interest. If you do get hired, then watch your back, there's no real job security here. Good luck!"

What don't you like about working at Weaver Popcorn?

"Too high of expectations for their employees. If you are perfect and don't make any mistakes no matter how small then you will do fine. But if you make a mistake, kiss your job goodbye because they don't second chances no matter how long you have worked there. I was there over 6 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need not be so particular when finding employees. people learn, people grow, and sometimes they make mistakes. Thats life. If you dont give people a chance to learn from their mistakes then they will never grow to their potential. How many good hardworking, honest people do you have to get rid of to learn that. You had one nearly perfect employee. Your loss!"
