Working at West Coast University in Irvine, CA: 8 Employee Reviews

West Coast University Employee

"West Coast University is very competitive in terms of salary and benefits packages. However, that is the extent of the pros from my personal experience. There are known outliers within the company that contribute to unprofessional office politics. This type of environment produces increased risk to the company and clearly defines the core values within the organization. I believe for one to truly succeed within the organization, one must align with the core values that are on constant display."

"Good sized company, however lack of leadership and no growth opportunities - pay is lower on average and no raises unless your high up in leadership. No room for advancement, and a very old school culture. shirt and tie, no work-life balance, and micro management"
