"I have worked with Warwick for a year now. I worked with different PM had no problems and met deadlines for all of them. As for as a company they don’t treat Superintendents the best Job over your laid off benefits stop and your 401k stops and you start back up with them a month later you start over on your time with company and ur 401k starts over so you will never be invested So I am looking for more stabilization in my life"

"Very good company, who really tries to keep their customers happy. Very nice modern and well laid out offices. I really liked my supervisor and company management. Some of the PMs were not very good and seemed to blame estimating for their own problems."

"A great company, but found not all their Project Managers were qualified to run the projects. Never had an issue getting paid or getting the subs getting paid which means a lot to me. They have a general super who goes around checking up on us which I think is more than most GCs do."

"Too much backstabbing by mid level managers and administrative staff."

"Hire better staff and fire the negative people, they are the reason I left."

"It feels like Big Brother is always watching. Everyone feels like they are one mistake away from being fired."

"Pay attention to how your employees feel. Treat hem like they are humans with a life instead of replaceable commodities."

"Getting to estimate, solicit and complete projects of all sizes. I enjoyed working with the clients and the help I recceived from a few of my colleagues."

"No real feeling of loyalty due to the high turn-over of employees. Everyone was always worried if they would be next. Very stressful situation."

"Be more supportive of employees and try to alleviate the high turn-over rate within the company. Be more receptive to new ideas from lower management and staff."
