"Lack of a challenge, low pay with no chance to advance. The motorcycle industry is in a bad slump."

"Get some management training and empower key people to work and reward them for the results."

"Be yourself. If you have confidence in your abilities, it will come through in the interview."

"no control over the staff processing our orders. Their priorities were not always my priorities."

"Run our own warehouse operation. We have the control of the work and can set our priorities"

"The new CEO didn't know how to run the company. He never talked to people who really did the work."

"perhaps implement more CI (Continuous Improvement) programs and PEP (People Engagement Plans) after all it is because of the people and the contiuos program that help a company differienciate from the competition."

"I liked very friendly and fun atmosphere at the company. I have real life experience at this job. I liked to go to this job every morning and spent my whole day working there."

"They need to be punctual on interview and look professional. Management is very friendly and cooperative."
What don't you like about working at Blockbuster?
"I was not challenged enough at the job. I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company. I think my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth."
