What do you like about working at The Walt Disney Co.?
The people, the glamor, the pace, the location and the pay.
What don't you like about working at The Walt Disney Co.?
The hours were long and demanding and the Disney brand was not exciting to me.
What suggestions do you have for management?
I would restructure the company, re-organize business processes and run the show much more efficiently.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Don't take a job as a secretary or temp unless you plan on being a secretary or temp for the rest of your career.

"The films and television shows in production lacked any sort of sustenance. The creativity was minimal and only existed to the extent of maintaining ad revenue. I hoped to be work for projects that contained vision and passion but there wasn't much there."
