"The films and television shows in production lacked any sort of sustenance. The creativity was minimal and only existed to the extent of maintaining ad revenue. I hoped to be working for projects that contained vision and passion, but there wasn't much there."

"Find another company to work for. There are plenty of production houses in Los Angeles. You don't have to settle."

"Ha, I guess I covered that in the last section. It was stagnant, with positions set in stone, and knowledge was suppressed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide opportunities for better growth. The company had its hierarchy and it seemed to be set in stone. Knowledge was not shared, even hoarded at times, and thus the community was fractured. I would support and enforce more positive office interaction with an attempt to make the company more adhesive and coherent. I would minimize people who retain selfish, do anything to get ahead mentality and promote creativity on all levels of the company's existence."
