"My favorite aspect of my job is seeing the impact and growth I have on the business that I am managing. I love working with the retail accounts and the Walmart community."

"Make sure the expectations of the job are clear. Get to know the candidate and what is important to them. Get a clear understanding of how the candidate drives the business and meets and exceeds sales goals."

"The volatility of the entertainment industry is a concern because of the impact it can have on employees."
