"The way I was treated. They cut the salary across the board at one point blaming it one the company they had the contract with only to find out later that the salary for the job I had was the price before my salary was cut."

"Do not expect them to (in any way) look out for your interests. Their apparent priorities are: their own pocketbook, their customers (as a distant second), their employees (as a really distant third)."

"Create contractual provisions to prevent unplanned termination of assignments. Consulting staff must have at least a 2-week notice to transition out of a contract."
