"VITEC’s a great place to work, like anyplace else do your job, be on time and you just may have a job for many, many years. Management, Supervisors, have an open door policy and are always fair and listen to you, your suggestions etc. Being a smaller company it’s easy to see who wrote some of the negative reviews, disgruntled fired employees. As with any company, if you're nonproductive and violate company policy, you may lose your job."
