"There is no empowerment, and most jobs/teams are silo'd too thin. The decision-making process is very lengthy."

"Loved working with them, as I mentioned above it was a freelance job so some of the questions above to not apply, however I did receive a rate of $75.00 per hour, which was great."

"Just be open and honest about what you do best, and don't oversell what you can truly do."

"Communication with the project manager was difficult /stressful at times."

"Clearer/ more open communication. Have a more structured game plan for projects."
