"I have the honor to work under the supervision of well versed people in the area of their field whereas I was given an open ended ground to prove my talent with complete freedom to pin down solution to my research problem.I think nurturing people and bringing their inner spark out for dedicated research is indeed a challenge which requires devotion partly on employee and partly on employer side as well. However, continuous innovation requires commitment of both, like hands and gloves.Apart from that, humanistic feeling of owning is vital for creation of bond between both. I have served my organization well and my publications related to my indigenous research are the writings on the wall. State of art facility does not facilitates the spree of innovation , but the intuition alone can provide enough spark which can lead to improvements endlessly.The precincts and the milieu of the research facility do not need the cosmetic appeal to do so, but rather use of modern gadget and technology is for having better cost for reaping great benefits in terms of man machine efforts to save more money for the enterprise."
