"Lack of competent management. Lack of care for how the jobs are working. Lack of opportunity for growth. Lack of caring about workers ideas or attitudes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay closer attention to doing your job as stated and stop trying to make the numbers look good for upper level management. Pay attention to what the workers are talking about. Make working conditions better for everyone. Stop showing dislike for various crafts."
