"The ability to travel was always a plus. Knowing that you are doing something for the rest of the country is always a bonus."

"Make sure you do your research before you join. You never know if the recruiter may be withholding information."
What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?
"The constant change in rules from year to year did get frustrating."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have no suggestions since the military has been around this long it must be doing something right."
What do you like about working at United States Air Force?
"Promotion process, I'm the only one that will determine how far I go. Sense of pride and accomplishment at end of the day."

"Give it at least 4 years, it's worth the life lesson."

"Being away from home 200 days a year. Officers younger and dumber than me telling me how to make an airplane fly."

"Stay out of my way and watch. I've never failed you yet and sure not going to start today. If you wanna try to correct my maintenance practices, you might wanna read the book."

"It was very rewarding and glad I retired."

"It is hard for a family being deployed but makes it strong with the right person."
