US Foods Employee

"Horrible. We no longer get paid on the "little" orders. Even though GP is good, cookbook pricing is a joke. I have never in my life heard of someone adding $5,300 to an order and their commission goes down!! If you don't have it within range of what they want you to sell it for, you're screwed out of 20% of your pay."

"US Foods gives you a fair hand shake for the most part. Big Business, so big decisions have to be made. Which sometimes leaves out the small guy. But over all is a decent company to work for. Benefits are good, and overall treated pretty good. It is hard to compare seeing that Hawkeye Foods sold to US Foods and was a great personal company to work for."

"This place by far was worst example of logistics I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Pathetic ineptitude in all phases of the system. From shady sales to idiot operations routing, deadbeat burned out drivers, admin and HR was all CYA, It was like the twilight zone but worse."
