"Understand that with a company this large that you are going to be a number to most of the upper management and know that you have very little to say when it comes to the company."

What don't you like about working at US Bank?

"The one thing that I would have to say was the worst thing about working for US Bank was the fact that there was not a lot of room for upward growth with the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees like they have something to provide to the company and listen to what they have to say."
