"Don't interview with this company, you don't want to work there."

What don't you like about working at US Bank?

"When a new branch manager was hired, she decided she did not like my management style. She quickly began working to get me fired. Before this new branch manager I had helped my branch receive internal awards, I brought in record high numbers for home equity lines, and helped maintain and rebuild a branch that lost all but 2 of its employees. Despite all my hard work, I was treated extremely badly. Under no circumstance would I recommend working at US Bank. I will not consider doing any kind of business with them either."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The District Manager from San Diego is a tyrant who likes to say I can fire anyone, anytime in staff meetings. There are several branch managers who should be replaced along with this district manager."
