"I was working at UPS for around a year. I had a wonderful experience during my internship. I was able to learn more technical work and I was part of a complete project life cycle. I had full support from my superior, and UPS is one of the best workplaces."
"My relationship with my managers is poor. Often, management can be snide and sarcastic. Typically criticism is not constructive. All of my mistakes are magnified and my accomplishments are mitigated. I would not recommend working for United Parcel Service unless you enjoy verbal harassment and uncompensated weekend work."

"Great place, great people, and great benefits."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"If you are young and you want to learn every day, then UPS is not the place. People have been promoted from truck driver positions and do not have worldly exposure. This makes the management narrow focused, because they do not know any better. Like I said, it is a great place to retire. Let's face it, 8 hours and you are done."

"If you value your home life, then this is not the job for you."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"Before the company went public, UPS was a great place to work, one where you felt proud to tell people about. Now the place is all about CYA and screwing with the people who helped make the place what it is today."

"Try trusting your people, and don't micromanage."
"UPS is a good company where many people end up spending their whole careers."

"I like the great people and the flexible work hours."

"It can get political."
