"I will graduate with my Ph.D. degree this Decembers. I like my university."

"We did not really have a manager. But I do have a advisor. He is awesome."

"CUtting edge academic healthcare institution. World leader in medicine research. Great people, wonderful physicians and scientists. Genuine caring people."

"UIHC is committed to the care of it's patients. Be a compassionate person but be a team player as well."

What don't you like about working at University of Iowa?

"Some departments are grossly mismanaged (Urology for example). THe administration in some departments has choked employee morale and created an atmosphere that is not conducive to healing of any kind."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better oversight of all departments especially those with extremely high turn over rates, especially in nusring and support roles. Where there is smoke, there is often fire."
