What do you like about working at UnitedHealthcare?

"Some of the areas of technology we are exposed to make it interesting."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask your hiring manager what their long term plans and goals would be for you. Too many managers cannot plan in advance and simply hire to get over a hurdle. Ask what it will be like here 6 months, 1 year, and beyond. Ask if you can speak to people who you would be working with to get some insider advice."

What don't you like about working at UnitedHealthcare?

"Being a manager and promoted is all about who you know and who you can impress. Upper management never asks the employees about their manager or how they feel about a potential promotion, they simply look from the top down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I try to make the employees feel as if they have a voice in the company."
