"The company label is known worldwide and had many standards of excellence. The company sucess was in relation to the whole team working together. There were changes in software, business always involving to better the product and the team."

"The distribution department that I worked with was relocated more centralized to a few warehouses. That was a change made far inadvance of me working with the company and that would mean that I was no longer needed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"At that time there was many different manufacturing challenges for new product and the materials available. We did not have adequate forecasting tools to meet demand and relied on emails. I would suggest a chart or graph to display so that all parties are informed of critical issues and time delays."
