What don't you like about working at UC San Diego?

"It is a systemically dysfunctional organization - it may have changed since I left, but the management structure consisted of people who'd been there, some for more than 40 years. Much damage was done and it was impossible to get any real work done. Staff felt threatened in many departments. It was a most uncomfortable place to work."
