"Be honest. Ucare is a great company and as long are you are honest, that's all that matters."
What don't you like about working at UCare?
"The job itself was not my cup of tea. I do not like working in a call center"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give more projects outside of being on the phones. Being on phones all day is tiring. Productivity goes down when workers are tired."
