"Tuthill provided me with the best training of my career! Radical leadership was a life changing experience. It is a behavior based training that makes you self aware and provides with a set of tools for management and communication. Unfortunately, there is a great deal of senior management turnover. I was disappointed to be quickly dismissed by the 3rd President of the division in 18 months. I had a great relationship with President #2 that was there for 15 months."
