"Trumpf was a great place to work. As an intern I got the opportunity to work hands on with really interesting and knowledgeable people. In addition I was given the freedom to work on my projects in my own way. It is privately held which, for them, means that quality is the most important aspect of what they do. The results of this ideal mean that you can take pride in the fact that what you do goes into some of the best products on the market."

"Very nice staff which were welcoming and assisted whenever they could.I learned how to be self efficient as I was on my own team working for the sales manager."

"I wish I had a mentor that was able to show me the ropes in the few days/weeks. Since I was to work on my own I had to dive in head first."

"Be a little more specific when asked about what they want out of the application to leave less guess work down the line."

"It seems to take a long time for growth professionally."

"During performace reviews, discuss with employees their goals and what they want to be in 2 years, 5 years, etc."
